This lovely bloom was part of a larger community of flowers hanging in a basket. Its beauty was lost on the underside of the basket. Through manipulating the size and relationships of the petals to the other blooms, I made it the most prominent so that it became the center of attention. Even though our contributions to the whole may be small and on the underside of things, they have the potential to make a big impact.
